I doubt that it would be a viable manuever for most pilots and aircraft
with a dead engine at the departure end of the runway. From 150 kias
and 200', you'd have a chance, but from 100 kias, forget it --
there isn't enough energy for the pull up.

But then again, we probably don't want to start that argument.
