A single pitot/static is indeed a single point failure. I have two
fully independent pitot and static systems: a pitot on each wingtip and
two static ports on each side of the fuselage. The AoA is only on one
line, but at least I would have the air speed on the other gauges.

This means that you don't have any redundancy. If something happens to
the pitot static system, or the airspeed pitot, your AOA won't work
either.
