This is the first notice for a Lancair gathering this summer in Medford, Oregon (MFR).

 

Saturday, July 15 is the date we have set.  It should be doable for all as it is between the EAA Northwest Arlington Flyin in early July and Air Venture in late July.  So set aside the date.

 

We have plans to host the flyers and builders at the nicest, newest FBO on the field.  Breakfast/lunch will be a special event as they will be served from a San Francisco street car which has been converted to an outdoor restaurant located at the FBO.

 

I say "we" above, because the number of Lancairs on the MFR field have gone up by 100% with the addition of Dean and Lela Edson's 360 last year.  (sorry Don B., your plane currently only counts as 1/2.)

 

More details at a later date.  Just wanted to get that date set for everyone's advance planning for the summer.
