JOE, IN RESPONSE TO YOUR QUESTIONS:
"I would appreciate some help sorting out some issues regarding installation
of a 3rd incooler for a pressurized an ES-P TSIO 550"

1) interferes with effective cylinder cooling resulting in excessively high
cylinder head temperatures when running at 50 ROP.
NOT A PROBLEM I HAVE NOTICED
2) not really reducing the temperature of the air coming in to pressurize
the cabin. (I realize the cabin needs to be airconditioned regardless of the
number of intercoolers)
MY TEMP INTO THE CABIN IS ABOUT 75DEG, WHICH IS REPORTEDLY A LOT LOWER THAN
WITHOUT THE 3RD INTERCOOLER
3) the vanes are subject to rain damage and difficult to service
YES, BUT CAN BE HELPED A LOT BY PUTTING A WIRE SCREEN IN FRONT OF IT (GET
FROM SUMMIT RACING CATALOG).

If that is the case, am I better off just utilizing air from the outflow of
the standard dual intercoolers?
NO

IMHO.
