It was = essentially a=20 tandem seat IV-P. Though offered for sale, Lancair never sold any = Sentry=20 kits that I'm aware of, so it was discontinued and the prototype was = donated=20 to the EAA museum. It was? My knowledge on the subject, if correct, is the Tigress was the side by = side seated Orinda carbon fiber V8 prototype, that had a rear hinged = canopy and was subsequently donated to the EAA. I saw the Tigress fly. = Sure sounded good with that V8. It has since been donated by the EAA to = an aircraft training school for dissection. The Sentry is privately owned. It has a standard IV bottom fuselage = half with a redesigned top half for tandem seating. I believe it always = had the turboprop.
