Well now that we found their website, we know that they think highly of themselves and that they are too busy or important to talk to mere pilots but we know almost nothing else.  Who are these guys?  What design process went into their product?  Has it been tested?  Has it been used in actual flight by normal pilots in a variety of a/c with different EMI issues?  I assume Direct To tested the 425ex before selling over 100 of them but that didn't prevent their having a problem that led them to publicly flame an established and reputable manufacturer.  Why do they (or anyone else) think this product will work.  I certainly hope it does but the history of non-certified low cost AHRS suggests that there are typically some growing pains, even when the product is made by an established AHRS vendor.  Are we hearing all this hype because the product hasn't had an opportunity to fail YET or is there something that only dealers and other important people are being told?

FWIW, about 8 hrs on my 420 and not a hint of a problem yet.
