Need help and tips that IVP builders have used to get the plane to seal. We are chasing all leaks and not yet able to get the bulkheads to seal. At 8500 ft yesterday the cabin or controller began to screech until I descended and threw the dump switch. Any helpful tips and experiences are appreciated.
