I sent a pump to them, insured for it's full value. When they repaired it and shipped it back Fed Ex they did not insure it. And when Fed Ex left it on my doorstep, some stole it. Oildyne blames Fed Ex. Fed Ex says Oildyne didn't require a signature and didn't insure it.
