The best I've ever been able to do is 1100' at S.L.  I can tell you though it
is an arrival!

In Redmond at typically 3000-5000 DA   1500-1900' is not uncommon; I've never
had a problem turning off on Rwy 10 at approximately 3000' with light
breaking.

If you are not very comfortable with the plane you shouldn't go into anything
less than 3000'.

I looked up the runway there. The runway is 3930' at 3R9 (I may have wrong
airport).  There should be absolutely no problem going in there even with
trees at each end if you are comfortable with the airplane.

BTW, I have seen people who were uncomfortable use all of a 7000' runway.

 Regards,
