Do any of you know of a type of peel ply that will lay flat over and
around compound surfaces?
Angier,

1. Any Dacron will work, even that obtained from your local fabric shop although you may not be able to find fine enough Dacron (more flexible).

2. Buy some from AeroCrafters.

3. Fitting around complex curves is possible depending on tightness of the curves.  There is no rule that says you cannot make cuts in the peel ply or use multiple pieces that overlap (requiring a little finish sanding).
