1) the burn isn't really *faster*, it just gets started quicker... but that's pretty much the same result.
2) That's waaaay to many variables to give you an answer. I really don't have a specific value for you. Wish I did. Sorry.

Yes, I now see what you are saying. I did not read your earlier post

How about, for once please, some numbers. Choose any engine you like, and
tell me, when you change from magneto to EI:
How many degrees Theta PP moves?
What is the change in horsepower produced?
Perhaps, even, what is the change in CHT resulting?
