He paid a visit to the facility and called me as soon as he departed. My engine was not actually IN the test cell but was at least geographically in its proximity. My compressor is mounted, the engine seems completed, and barring an earthquake it should be tested and shipped within this epoch. But then, I am an optimist of the first order. Robert
