Hi George,

Attached are 2 flights as requested, I was struggling with high CHT's
and the most recent data
reflects the "modifications" you guys recommended to the baffling on the
#1, #2 and #5 cylinders.
As you can see the CHT's have come down nicely and are in a much tighter
range. I just got
back the results of the oil and filter analyis and the prognosis is very
good. "Wear rates are normal
for a unit bedding in. The samples provided appears free from
unacceptable contamination or
degradation. The filter debris analysis indicates the engine is
operating normally." We did a borescope
as per the TCM Critical Service Bulletin CSB04-6 (heat damage due to
stamps on top of pistons) and
Top Care Inspection and everything seems nominal. My gut feeling tells
me I caught it in time.
