You should be able to get the D-Sub housings at a local electronics store.  The ones that came with the unit are the crimped pin type, not the solder cup type.  Take the unit with you to the store and they should be able to hook you up.  The unit also came with the pins, the really nice mil spec machine pins, not he molex style crimp pins.  The pins cost more than the housing.  If you can't find them locally, there are a bunch of online stores that have them.

 

The GX65 uses special antenna fittings that are only available from UPSAT/Garmin AT.  They won't sell to you directly so you would need to work through an avionics shop.
