I am soon to be closing the wings on my ES. I need to know How much
hysol it will take to complete the task if I am using hysol alone to do the
job.

    I have also heard the nightmare stores about fuel tank leaks at the
spar from two other ES builders, but would like some more input before
I take on the job. These other builders said they put a considerable
amount of hysol in the spar area, but it was not enough. So what is
enough?

    Also, there are no instructions in the manual on installing the newer
type jeffco tank sealer. Should I sand the tanks before painting it on?
Should I apply the second coat before or after the first coat has cured?
How much pot life do I have with this product?
