It is in front of the Waypoint Cafe - a great place for lunch, by the way. Right next to that is Channel Islands Aviation on the East and Camarillo Aircraft on the west. Further east is Western Cardinal and Sky Blue. It depends on what you want as to which might be better - I would recommend starting with Camarillo Aircraft, although Channel Islands is the most "full service" with charts available, etc. and is open more hours. Western Cardinal is connected with "Heidi's Place" which has a fairly complete line of pilot's supplies. Your best bet for fuel is the self-serve pumps, which are right at the first turnoff as you land. As for Lancairs, my ES is not yet at the airport, but not far off.
