A .db (database) file is an internal file that controls (in this case) the
number and metadata of the picture files in the subdirectory. It is not a
file that is generally copied and distributed because each computer may
handle picture files differently. In other words, ignore it.
.p65 is not a file type that I am aware of and again probably not important
unless it is tied to a specific application as a support file. Support
files are not generally accessible to the user.
A .log file is just that, a list of changes, a list of files included,
timestamps, etc. This text file can be opened using Notepad or some similar
text editor. Not really important to the user.
