Whenever MS-Windows sees a directory full of pictures, it makes "thumbnail"
images... Postage-stamp sized previews for quick skimming. The "thumbs.db"
file stores info related to that process, but cannot / should not be opened
directly.
"P65 is the file extension for the Document file associated with PageMaker
6.0." http://tinyurl.com/at2z3
"LOG" is a generic extension used for log files from numerous different
applications. Again, I wouldn't worry about the contents. If your
curiosity is overwhelming, use Windows NotePad to view the contents.

Subject: [LML] File Opening Assistance
I received a CD from Lancair with several files that my computer does not
know how to open. Does anyone know what I should tell it?
They are:
thumbs.db
several files of type P65 ends in .p65
several files of type log ends in .log
Any clues you could provide would be appreciated. I have asked Lancair
about the "thumbs.db" file and they are as clueless as I am.
Thanks,
Bill Bradburry
