I then ran a tapered opening all the way from my airbox out of the cowling to take advantage of Bernoulli's 1.9" ram pressure at my hopeful 225 MPH cruise speed. I then cut the front of the box and added a flexible portion to it so the airbox could move independent of the cowling. this way I hope to get lots of filtered ram air.
