Oh, I forgot. Perform your first "condition inspection" before the
DAR arrives. You also might want to get the Repairman application so you
can run over to the nearest FSDO and get that taken care of right after you
got your pink slip.

sample condition inspection sheet.
Uh, my magneto timing tool didn't arrive until I had 20 hours on the engine
- the one item I had not checked off on the condition inspection
checklist. It was amazing to find the engine running at 34 degrees
advance. Ahhh, no wonder it was rough and hot during to first test
flights.
