    I have not ran any stop signs.  I have followed the rules as
 written.  Our facility is not a build for hire factory.  Come and visit and
you will see.  You keep going back to the position that I have not done my
time building my company slowly.  I have sent official written request asking
for help and assistance.  If everyone including me follows the rules than yes
the "me too" rule should apply. The government must by law treat everyone the
same.....
 
    You said that you conveyed your concern about a airplane build
 facility.  I never told you that was what we were doing.  What is different
between what we do and what Lancair does?  Please be specific.  I have not
stuck my finger in anyones eye especially the FAA do you think I'm nuts?  I
must be, I got into aviation in a big way.  I have not demanded anything.
 Carl went to the FAA with all the proper work done in a very professional
manner.
 
    I think the fact that the FAA has not responded to our many request
 for help and assistance is a big deal.  I have told the FAA all I need is
direction and I'll follow without question.  I do not know what else to do.
 Yes, we have plan B in effect. I do not understand why you do not get where
I'm comming from.  I wlll take care of Epic this is my partnerss and my
future.  Carl and I started this because the FAA is going to change things and
I do not believe it will help any builder in the future.
 
    If you all would like I'll go back in my hole and stop worring about
 anyonne but myself.  I wish you all luck in the future.
