Three attached photos are with this post of the Redmond Fly-In.
I previously have posted a few photos to get a taste of some of the nice
Lancairs that were at the fly-in. So a few panel shots seem appropriate.
These three instrument panels are representative of some of the different
Lancair models that were at the fly-in. They kind of go from mild to wild in
the 2 seat Lancairs. Included in the photos are a 235, a 360, and a Legacy
(sorry for no IV or ES panel shots, as most of them had their night time
pajamas on or were locked up while I was out with the camera).
You will note the 235 and 360 panels had extracurricular covers over their
panel dust covers to stop the pin hole burning of the dust cover from the
magnifying effect of the canopy glass when it is open opposite to the sun.
And sorry Carl for catching a shot of your Legacy panel while your dust cover
was off. It still looks good anyway.
More pics to follow later.
