I am sure the elevator horns are made out of 6061 T6 like all the rest of
the brackets and gizmos on the Lancair 2 place kits. To my knowledge, there
is no 2024 used anywhere that I can think of. If anybody can prove me
wrong, please speak up...

I sent all my brackets out and had them clear anodized after I built them.
