When I first saw the Legacy 2000, I was kind of bummed. Just after I got my
360, they come out with something faster. Seems to happen to me all the
time. You all might be bummed too. No one seems to be trying to compare the
two, so I am going to start by comparing what I see. I think I like the 360
I am building better than the Legacy 2000 because the 360 is aerobatic. The
G rating for the Legacy 2000 is +4.4 -2.2 and to be aerobatic you must have
at least +6, -3 I think? The G rating for the 360 was much higher. They
took the specs off the web, but I think I remember +8 -7. Apparently,
changing the wing airfoil shape increased the cruise speed a little, but
seems to have lost some strength. It is my hope that since these 360's are
not being made anymore, they will become a little more valuable to those
that want a combination aerobatics and cross country plane.
