The rudder lead counter
balance weight on the IV-P weighs in at 9.7 lbs. The manual says it is
there to help prevent flutter. I just finished modeling the rudder
weight in SolidWorks using tungsten and it will save less than one pound.
Hardly worth the cost and effort.
