try Smarltplates at
www.seattleavionics.com for
plates. this software is a front-end to the NACO digital plates and is
very easy to use. for enroute you might consider Howie Keefe's IFR Atlas
made by Airchart Systems. essentially plates ($100 one time) and low
enroute ($100 annually) for all of US total price ~$200. not bad and
quite good if you ask me.
