I believe I bought these years ago at Cleveland Aircraft Tool but I could not find them on their website.  http://www5.mailordercentral.com/clevtool/default.asp   

Originally they used plastic sheet that cracked so I replaced it with scrap aluminum.  The pins are 1/8” aluminum rod with clear plastic tubing that cushion and add grip.  Works real good, lasts a long time.
