 Looks like the FAA is at it again.  If I read this notice correctly, it
 means that all experimental must be recertificated and the pilots
 receive 5 hours of dual and sign-off for an experimental Cat/Cls rating.
 Anyone have any thoughts or completed the compliance yet?
