The hinge pins will very easily fit the lower cowl-firewall and upper and lower cowling halves. Their is no movement. I used camlocs for the upper cowl to firewall. I used standard pins but be very careful not to contaminate the inside of the hinge. I got some primer and it took some tinkering to unbind them. the hinges bond well. A very sturdy system.
