I am considering Carbinge to attach the Cowling to the Firewall on a Legacy.  My questions are:

 

Will the hinge pins turn the radius inserted near the bottom of the cowl and the shallow radius when inserted near the top of the upper cowl?  If so, did you use the standard or undersize pin and is it a struggle to get the pins in?

 

If you are flying, is any movement occurring between the upper and lower cowl or the firewall?

 

How many flight hours?
