 This notice is forboding for what will certainly happen if the industry (us)
will not police themselves (ourselves).
 
 While I feel like agreeing about commenting to the powers that be, in many
ways I cant believe that some form of this hasnt happend before now.  It's
crazy to think of jumping into some plane and thinking you can fly it just
because you can build (or buy) it. No logic there at all.
