I know that the third one works well substituting weather, pilot, maintenance etc for "plane". We could get rid of a lot of the "joe bag of donuts" if they would ask this question about someone who comes for a BFR, IPC, etc. I know I have, and ask some pretty peeved pilots to come back for more training. The fact that the are peeved is just further confirmation of my decision.
