Too late, last remaining screw was tossed in the garbage!

Remember the first two rules o= f engagement:
 
1. Can it withstand constant vibration?
 
2. If it can't be secured with a ty-wrap or duck-tape, safety wire it!
 
And, why were they all sucked into cyl #4?  Do you always take off wit= h a high deck angle and left turn or did your last hammerhead just break tha= t way?

What can I say, cylinder 4 sucks!
