It took about a year to get right. The board went back to the factory 3 times I think. I got 1 or 2 new alt transducers for free. All the pins on the main connector were replaced and rewired. Neither of those was the problem as far as I can tell. In my case it was the db25 connector on the back of the tray. The silly thing has a plastic housing held to the back of the tray be two small bolts. The insertion force is so high we wore out the plastic housing. Replace housing, everything works. They claim it violates the STC to put a metal housing on the connector. Works very nicely now, except for yaw in turbulence. I bought a tru-trak for the IVP.... If it were me I would insist on a free new alt transducer and pay for the servo's.
