Got a loan from them and had no problems.  Refinanced it when interest rates went down and had no problems.  Used Bill Leckie.  Don't know if he is still there but he was very helpful and had none of the "dumb loan officer" questions.  Processed quickly by mail and they did what they said they would.  They placed both loans with a bank in Maryland that seems not to have come out of the stone age.  No Web access.  Can't use autodeduct, have to send them a check every month.  It's not a problem, just a bit weird.
