Clark,

I have 67 hours on mine now.  Walter 601D, no winglets, 10 gallon belly tank.  I mounted two 37 lb. Optima batteries just forward of the firewall low as I could get them and put them in series for 24 volt.  My hydraulic power pack is just behind the aft pressure bulkhead on the left side.  My A/C compressor and motor are mounted in the same place,(yes, it is crowded) .  The A/C evaporator is on the aft bulkhead just below the fresh air tunnel.  My 10 gal. in the belly tank and me (205lbs) C.G. is just aft of the forward limit. 350 lb in the front seats and 350 in the rear with 100 lbs of baggage puts me just fwd of the aft limit. My interior is not yet completely installed, I will let you know how it works out when everything is completed.

Gentlemen - I know there are not many 10 gal belly tank propjets flying, but if you know of any, I'd be grateful for the configuration (AC?, winglets?, etc) and empty weight and CG on such a plane.  I'm trying to decide on the positions of various heavy stuff like batteries.  Thanks, Clark Still (NY, 90% LIVPT)
