The flap motor wiring is designed to short the motor (via the two relays
when they are de-energized). Shorting the motor terminals will cause the
motor to brake as strongly as possible. Check your wiring - the motor
terminals must be connected to the "arm" of the drive relays so that
when they both are in the "normal", or "off" position, both termminals
are grounded and, ergo, shorted together.
