Why are engineers so mis-understood....we're people
to. Right? come on now...Right? I was at a management training seminar
last Monday and the instructor was discussing empathy and its use relative to
Customer Service. I raised my hand and said " We're engineers...we don't do
empathy". She had a cow. Thanks for making my day, I love the pig
wrestling analogy.
