Operationally;-- Back off on the
manifold pressure. Increase RPM. Lower cabin differential
pressure.
Maintenance wise--
- a good inspection of the exhaust system to rule out
leakage (excessive) in the slip joints
- no cylinder flange s leakage
- no cracks.
- Wastegate fully closing /no
erosion of valve or seat.
Then if nothing is found,
just send the turbo's to ; Approved Turbo

They can check the turbine and compressor wheels
for wear. I recommend these folks
because they have done an excellent job on mine several times. Prices were
very reasonable--- I thought . Two whole overhauls and one new
compressor wheel for just over $900.
