I recently put a MT 3-blade prop on my 235/320. It has a
built-in 4" extension and fit perfectly. It is 63" in diameter
and I feel that the ground clearance is minimal. Remember that the 235
airframe is closer to the ground than the 320. No way would I put on a 70"
prop.
With a prop as
short as mine, I was told that a 3rd blade is necessary to handle the horsepower
of the IO320.
