Some time ago I located a source for 100W/12V Landing Lights from a company
specialising in theatrical equipment; Variety Lighting 2472 Eastman Ave,#27,
Ventura CA 93003  805-644-9861    805-658-9327

The model no. for holder , (which is ceramic and metal, and obviously built to
withstand the high temps. involved with that power level in confined spaces) is
QLV-1, + EMC according to my very old records.
I would be interested to know if they are still selling this 100W unit, because
since then I have "degenerated" to using only 50W and I would prefer more Watts.

Some remarks on the your search for the ultimate spot beam. Does this assume
that you want to use the narrow beam to illuminate the runway from some large
distance on finals?. Do you really think so? If it is that narrow, then any
variation on finals due to crabbing for any cross-wind or difference in angle of
attack due to variation in loading/CG, will cause it to illuminate not the
runway but the local wild life watching with interest from the long grass!

My opinion is that the most important function of landing/taxi lights is TO BE
SEEN , NOT TO SEE ! Therefore I would go for a wide beam which everyone,
especially the tower, can see - even in daylight.
Wattage is more important than beam width.

But that maybe just my kind of flying environment
