I bought the VOR antenna's from Lancair. They are small strips of aluminum riveted together that are supposed to use the carbon fiber skin as a ground plane. One side of the assembly is supposed to be attached to the inside of the carbon fiber skin on the wing, the rest of the antenna sits inside the fiberglass tip. I am trying to determine how the antenna is supposed to be attached to the wing skin and the wing tip.
