I had many discussions about this with Mark Mahnke and he was in agreement. If you need to take out the aft pressure bulkhead you have bigger problems than just the bulkhead. It is probably easier to cut out the old aft pressure bulkhead with a bone saw and install a new one. The only reason I can think of to remove the aft pressure bulkhead is if you need to remove and reinstall the landing gear box.
