Airllink, and now Fibertech Composites, have built 70 to 80 (maybe more by now) GlaStars and related aircraft. They have also re-built some fuselages that had been improperly joined. Studies at Airlink support your process. Bonding strength is often 2x
stronger without the acetone wipe.
