Have you tried drawing fuel from both tanks before takeoff? I have experienced a slight fuel delay when switching tanks only once. It was after the airplane (ES) hadn't flown for seven weeks. Now I switch tanks on the ground after start-up any time I haven't flown for several weeks.  Haven't had another problem since.
