Max endurance = best glide / 1.316
Max Range = Best Glide
Optimum Cruise = best glide x 1.316
For me,
Opt Cruise = 140 KIAS
Best Glide = about 107 KIAS
Max Endurance = 81 KIAS, a very uncomfortable air speed.
