I was told 50 miles. I asked for most of California and was denied, but given a 100 circle (as an exception). Scott Allair got most of California based out of Livermore. I can't go into Livermore. Go figure.

25 miles? Like Jim Cameron said "for a Lancair it's like one of those toy airplanes on a string that goes in circles". That'd be an awfully small test area.

For certain it's a matter of who you get, and what mood they're in. An envelope full of cash may help too. (I didn't try that though).
