The GM 4 is mounted right and I don't have any washer is there. I also
thought it might be the misalignment of the GM 13 block, but placing a
straight edge on the GM 4 after its bolted down shows that its not bend so
if GM 13 is misaligned then GM 12 where GM 4 (4 bolts) is attached must be
misalign aswell.
What I have noticed on the right hand side. Standing in front of the main
spar and looking down and aligning the top aft edge of the top spar cap with
the same edge of the lower spar cap it seams the GM 4 is very very
misaligned with the over center link point to much aft.
My biggest concern is that if cylinder is not perfectly parallel to the over
center assembly it would somehow bend the cylinder shaft with use.

[1: Is your GM4 (forward attach bracket) parallel to the main spar? If
not that could be the crux of the problem... as long as GM4 is parallel it
shouldn't be that tough to get everything else aligned.
2: The GM3 (o/c links assy) alignment can be affected from either end, so
if you have no washers between it and the inboard mounting boss on the
GM4, perhaps the problem is with the mounting boss on the GM1 (main gear
weldment)... again, this is a situation I would find highly unlikely, as
your problem suggests that the GM1 boss is too far forward.
3: Is the GM1 properly vertical fore/aft with the gear extended? If
it is canted wheel-forward it will have the same effect on the GM3 assy.
Keep the faith... there has to be a simple solution out there.
