IVPT flies quite well in the teens. You're not going anywhere anyway, set between 25 and 30 gallons per hour and enjoy the ride. You'll probably have to get 5 to 10 hours of instruction to get liability insurance. You just have to fly off 15 or 30 hours by yourself. It's fun and goes by fast.
