FAR 91.319
FAR 91.305
FAA ORDER 8130.2F Section 7 par 135 Flight Test Areas.
                                     Section 9 par 152 and 153 Operating
 limits  "...VFR..."

These are the latest Orders released over the last couple of days and not yet
up on the web.

The areas listed though are not changed in language from the previous 8130.2E
Change 3 at:

All this info may not be what you wish to hear but it is what all the FSDO's
and MIDO's are ordered to make standard.

My Lancair IVP with a nonstandard engine-prop combination is nearly
done.  The DAR has stated that I will be restricted from all Class B and
all Class A airspace during the initial 40 hour fly off.  This obviously
means nothing FL180 and above.  Is this true for everyone of the LIVPs
(whether 25hr or 40hr)?  What do the LIVPT (Turbines) do...if they can't
go above FL180 during test flights?
